Main features:
Such alloys contain relatively high amounts of chromium and nickel, and relatively small amounts of dispersion-strengthening phase-forming elements (V, Al, Ti). Its main form of heat treatment is "solution treatment", through which the purpose of strengthening can be achieved. When the parts need to be cold-pressed for many times, in order to eliminate work hardening and restore plasticity, solution treatment is also required. Parts are usually annealed after welding to relieve internal stress. Due to the high content of chromium and nickel, the oxidation resistance temperature of this type of alloy is relatively high, generally reaching more than 900%; however, due to the relatively small amount of dispersion-strengthening phase forming elements and the small number of compounds in the alloy, the room temperature strength and high temperature strength are both high. lower. The structure of this kind of alloy after solution treatment is austenite, so it has good plasticity and can be cold-pressed; because of its low carbon content, it has good weldability. It is not large, but requires high-temperature parts with high oxidation resistance, and the most typical part is the combustion chamber of the turbine engine.
